Coach Larry,
This afternoon Michael and the Los Angeles Angels agreed to the terms of his contract. He will leave tomorrow morning to Tempe, check in, take a physical and begin working with the young men that have already signed and are in camp. His first game is Monday night. As you know the Angels drafted Mike to play third base. Three workouts, two in El Paso and the third in Anaheim, helped influence their decision. Mike is excited and eager to begin this phase of his baseball career. Michael and his family wish to express our most sincere thanks to all of the coaches in the Bandit organization for the role that each of you has played in his developement as a ball player and as a young man.
