Bandits trailed 0-3 in bottom of second inning when Danny Ramirez hit a fence clearing home run over center field to lead to a 6 run second inning

The Bandits then traveled approximately 35 miles south back to Rio Rancho to play the Mesquite All Stars who defeated Kaos 11-2 and had played at the same park the whole day

Albuquerque USSSA NIT All Tournament Selections(3):
Jacob Aguilar had 3 home runs and drove in 5 of 6 runs in victory over EP Rangers and went 10X15 (.667 batting average)
Danny Ramirez had a complete game pitching win over E P Rangers, his Home Run started a comeback over Southwest Stingers and went 10X16 (.625 batting average)with 2 home runs
Ruben Rodriguez went 11X13 with a .846 batting average to lead the Bandits for the tournament; had clutch RBI’s and started the two out, nobody on rally in the bottom of the fifth inning against the Rangers that allowed Jacob Aguilar to come to bat and be able to launch his game winning home run

All Tournament Honorable Mention: Sergio Vargas had the second highest batting average on the team for the tournament hitting .714 going 10 for 14

Other Outstanding Offensive Performances included: Ruben Archuleta who went 10 for 15 (.667); Derek Ramos went 9 for 14 (.643); Christian Cabral went 4 for 8 (.500); Noel Pinon went 4 for 8 (.500); Jonathan Martinez went 5 for 11 (.455) and John Michael Mania went 5 for 12 (.417)
