Bandit High School Heroes: Could their 2009 journey take them to the Silver Screen?

Bandits Cory Falvey, George Stoltz, Jessiray Navarrette and Bobby Mares earned El Paso’s first Texas High School State Baseball Championship since 1949. Falvey and Mares were named to the 2009 Texas High School All State First Team and Navarrette was named to the All State Second Team. Falvey was named the 2009 Texas High School 5A Player of the Year!

Recently discussions with a movie producer have been initiated to explore the possibility of showcasing this journey in a movie.
